XFLL-141

The XFLL series of cables features a special structural design and production process, which enables the cables to have excellent electrical and mechanical performance indicators throughout the band and to be cost-effective. In terms of electrical performance, the signal transmission rate is up to 70%, and it also has the characteristics of low loss, low stationing wave and high shielding efficiency. In terms of mechanical properties, the overall low density PTFE insulation and the long-pack aluminum foil with silver-plated copper wire weaving make the cables more curved and structurally stable. Environmentally resistant, the cable uses raw materials with excellent environmental performance, making it available in a wide range of temperatures, corrosion resistance, moisture resistance and flame retardant.

Suitable for a variety of RF signal transmission equipment, can meet laboratory testing, instrumentation, aerospace, phased array radar and other applications with higher requirements for shielding efficiency.



  1. Inner conductor: single core is used. In the case of the same outer diameter, the conductor in the single core has lower loss, better mechanical phase stability in bending conditions, and the stranded conductor is softer, with better bending and bending fatigue service life.

  2. Insulation: the use of the overall low-density PTFE, dielectric constant 1.65 or so, the overall insulation structure can make the cable outer diameter and insulation dielectric constant stable, to ensure the stable transmission of signals.

  3. Shielding layer: a structure woven with a vertical aluminum foil and silver-plated copper wire. The aluminum foil is coated to increase the shielding efficiency, and the high density braiding layer is the cable's tensile strength.

  4. The use of environmental adaptation performance of FEP or PFA, is the cable has a high environmental adaptability.
