XYMR-240

XFBP series cables use special structural design and advanced production technology, so that cables in the full frequency band range has excellent electrical and mechanical performance indicators, and has a high cost-effective, is the preferred low-cost solution for low loss. In terms of electrical performance, the signal transmission rate is 77%, the temperature phase stability is small 1300PPM, and it also has the characteristics of low loss, low station wave and high shielding efficiency. In terms of mechanical properties, the cables are highly resistant to twist due to their flat-band braiding. Environmentally resistant, the cable uses raw materials with excellent environmental performance, making it available in a wide temperature range, corrosion resistance, moisture resistance, flame retardant and so on.

It is suitable for whole machine systems with high requirements for phase consistency, such as pre-warning, guidance, tactical radar and information communication, military equipment for electronic countermeasures and remote sensing, satellite communications, microwave testing and other systems.



1. Inner conductor: single-core or stranded silver-plated wire. In the case of the same outer diameter, the conductor in the single core has a lower loss, in the bending situation has better mechanical phase stability, the stranded conductor is softer, has better bending and bending fatigue service life. 2. Insulation: the use of low density PTFE, dielectric constant 1.65 or so, multi-layer winding structure can make the cable outer diameter and insulation dielectric constant stable, to ensure the stable transmission of signals. 3. Shielding layer: the use of a single shield structure, shielding layer aluminum foil wrap. Such structures have low loss, high shielding, and strong resistance to twisting. 4.
